Users may see the error message "GetSections returned no conversation history" or either a 400 or 503 error code when trying to access Microsoft 365 at https://office365.uiowa.edu. Microsoft is currently investigating the issue.

As a temporary workaround, users experiencing this issue should be able to access Outlook at the following link: https://outlook.office.com
