Here are a few things to try to get your device reconnected to the eduroam wireless network. If this is your first time connecting to eduroam, use these instructions to connect to eduroam for the first time.
- Restart your device

- Use the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool, or CAT
- Follow this guide for detailed instructions on using the eduroam CAT
- Check the University Maps website to see if you are in an area covered by the eduroam wireless network
- Check the ITS Alerts website for any issues with the eduroam wireless network
