SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business allow you to sync your libraries to your computer and access them from your computer's File Explorer (Windows) instead of a web browser. Any changes made will then sync to your site libraries when you are online.  In order to use this feature, follow the appropriate instructions at the support article "Sync SharePoint and Shared Libraries in OneDrive".
