Microsoft Teams is an online chat-based workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, and file and app sharing. Teams is integrated with your Office 365 account, and is designed for use with your other O365 apps, such as Email and calendar, OneNote, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc. Additionally, Teams can be customized by adding notes, website links and apps.
Teams is not currently available campus-wide. We currently have a pilot group of IT staff who are reviewing Teams for functionality, compliance and reliability with plans to roll-out to campus in 2020.
