Please follow the steps below on requesting an automatically generated print queue report

Please note:  It is highly recommended to work with your local IT support consultant
  1. Determine the print queue or print queue(s) you would like a report on.
  2. Determine who should get the email (multiple email addresses can be used)
  3. Determine the frequency of the report - the following time frames are allowed:
    • Once (No further reports will be sent)
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Fortnightly
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
    • Yearly
  4. Contact your local IT consultant and have them fill out the Qualtrics form: Request a Scheduled Print Queue Report
