Printing in ITCs will be unavailable in order to perform a service upgrade. Departmental printing may also be offline during this maintenance window.
The Papercut servers have been restored to normal functionality.
SST is restoring the Papercut production servers and will notify ECM once that is done. But as things currently stand, Papercut is down, so charged printing and webprint is unavailable.
PaperCut and IOWAPRINT04 are unresponsive. Some printing on campus will not work until ITS support staff can restore service.
