Xbox 360 S Model 1439 gaming consoles will not connect to UI-DeviceNet. 

This is because the wireless network doesn't support older wireless protocols required by this console. 

Supporting older wireless protocols would cause wireless network performance issues for all of the more modern devices connecting to the wireless network.

Here is a picture of the label on the back of the XBox 360 S where you can find the model number.

To connect this model of console to the campus network, use a wired ResNet connection.
