The ITS Administrative GitLab instance can be presumed operational from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Outside of that, GitLab will likely be operational, but it is less guaranteed (due to the need for periodic updates, backups, and patches). In general, the GitLab support team performs such maintenance in the early hours of the morning (before 6am).
