If you are using Files On-Demand, but want to keep a certain folder on your device to access when you don't have internet, you can do the following:

• Go to your OneDrive sync client (blue cloud, lower right hand corner on Windows)
• Select Open Folder
• Go to the folder you want to keep on the device
• Right click and select "Always Keep On This Device"
