The Qualtrics service uses as the FROM domain for messages sent using their Email Distribution feature. To improve email deliverability, ITS configured a custom FROM address of for all existing UI Qualtrics users. By default, this address will be used when emailing directly from UI Qualtrics.

If you are unable to see the FROM address when distributing your survey within Qualtrics, please do the following: 

  1. Contact the ITS Help Desk, and
  2. Ask them to have the email alias applied to your Office 365 mailbox.
