Zoom allows you to share your PowerPoint presentation during a meeting. There are different steps depending on your monitor configuration (single or dual monitors). The instructions linked below include sharing your presentation while using a single monitor with the slide show in a window and a full screen or using a dual monitor set up with the slide show and presenter's views.

Please note: To make sure your participants can share their screen (if they are not a co-host), follow these steps:

1. In the host controls, click the arrow next to Share Screen.
2. Under Who can share? choose All Participants. (You may also click on Participants button, find the name of person you'd like to have share their screen, hover your mouse cursor over their name, click on More and click Make Co-Host. This will grant them access to most Host controls however).
3. Close the window.
