Enterprise Services (ES) serves as the touchpoint for most students, faculty, and staff who interact with IT. ES partners with University of Iowa Health Care on many services. 

ES is responsible for: 

• Managing many of the “core” IT services that people use every day (Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Zoom, Skype for Business, Qualtrics, etc.)
• Providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff through the Help Desk, and offering Extended Technical Support for departments across campus.
• Managing software licensing, device management, and the IT service and asset-management system.
• Providing technology training.
• Assisting the campus in navigating evolving AI-powered tools.  

Tracy Scott is the executive director of ES.
