Canvas courses are starting to come back online, but are loading slowly. The outage earlier today due to issues with Amazon Web Services in the cloud may not be fully resolved. Amazon has repaired access to existing files in Canvas. Uploading new files to Canvas is not working correctly.
The issues with Qualtrics and Lynda.com are resolved.
This outage is due to issues with Amazon Web Services in the cloud. Other services impacted that are not available are Qualtrics, UI Capture (Panopto) and Lynda.com.
The ICON service is down. Support staff are working to resolve the issue. This notice will be updated once we have more information.
