On Monday, August 10th 2026 from 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM CDT, ITS will conduct maintenance on the production Identity Data Warehouse (IDW) to migrate to new storage.

Many ITS services will be unavailable during this maintenance period, including anything that uses web-based HawkID Login (i.e. Shibboleth or Login Tools).

Access to Office 365 will not be disrupted.

Users who are already logged in to services prior to the maintenance window should not experience a major disruption, but may encounter errors.

Total outage time is expected to be ~20 minutes during the maintenance window.
