During the maintenance window, Top Hat may be unavailable and visitors will see a maintenance page. Any educator who has made an assignment due during or shortly after the maintenance window should consider changing the due date/time so that students have adequate time to complete them.

ITS Enterprise Infrastructure will be upgrading network leaves in the Lindquist Center data center as part of March's infrastructure day. These updates are to address bug fixes. The updates will require reboots of the leaves that will result in the following Research Services systems having a network outage over the course of the maintenance window.

The ITS Network Engineering Services (NES) Data Center team will be implementing three independent changes on Saturday morning:

1. Decommissioning ASA Firewall links for the Research networks and RTR-ITF-1/2. This work will take place in the ITF datacenter and will not cause any interruption of service.
2. Network leaf upgrades at the Lindquist datacenter. Leaf upgrades will impact non-redundant (single) connected devices. Dual/redundant connected devices will not see an outage. Additional communication will be sent to owners of single connected devices.
3. Deploy Service IP to sandbox VRFs at LC & ITF

Linux Software Mirrors will be down due to work done during Infrastructure day on 3/14.

McGraw Hill's Connect and SIMnet platforms will be undergoing maintenance and unavailable during this timeframe. Status updates here.
