Some Turnitin Similarity Reports Delayed in ICON
Turnitin Support is currently looking into why some Turnitin similarity reports may not have completed processing.
ICON assignment submissions made using Plagiarism Framework may display a status indicating that the similarity check is still in progress. In some cases, selecting “Resubmit for plagiarism review” does not resolve the issue, and attempting to open the report may result in the message:
“This file is still being processed by the plagiarism detection tool associated with the assignment. Please check back later to see the score.”

ITS Research Services is investigating reports of slowness with the new Argon homes system.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - System Monitoring and Alerting
The primary monitoring servers will be migrated to a new network segment. A global silence will be set preventing any alerts from being sent until the migration is complete. This migration will also briefly impact the primary data source for Grafana.
[Closed] Outage - Gradescope
Access to Gradescope through ICON, as well as Gradescope.com, is producing a 500 error message and the Gradescope interface does not load as expected. Gradescope Support has been informed and are investigating the issue.

During the maintenance window, Top Hat may be unavailable and visitors will see a maintenance page. Any educator who has made an assignment due during or shortly after the maintenance window should consider changing the due date/time so that students have adequate time to complete them.
