ITS will move to a new time tracking solution called the Time Keeping System (TKS), effective July 1. To prepare, all June timesheets, including Monday, June 30, must be submitted and approved in TeamDynamix by Monday, June 30. It’s important that all staff keep timecards current and that managers approve timecards, as we’ll lose access to TeamDynamix on July 1. 

Managed Windows Servers will be undergoing monthly patching during their normally scheduled maintenance window.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

ECI is updating certificate on Clarity Connect at 9pm tonight. Services will be affected for a short period while the servers reboot once the certificate is applied. Unified Communications will be on hand to verify functionality once the certificate is applied.

The mirrors.uiowa.edu system will be shut down on September 1, 2025. 

Please update any references on your systems to use https://mirrors.divms.uiowa.edu going forward. The repository paths have changed somewhat and not all software mirrored before will be available on the new system. Please reach out to request@divms.uiowa.edu if there's software that should be on the new system but isn't.

Linux software mirrors will be down for maintenance during this period.

ICON (Canvas) will be switching to SAML login authentication on Sunday, June 8th 2025, from 8 to 9 am.  After this maintenance is complete, users who are currently logged into the ICON (Canvas) system may have to log themselves in again.

Network Engineering Services will be upgrading the campus wired infrastructure. During this upgrade wired and wireless connectivity will be down.
