We are here to assist you with university services, software, and your devices. When you need help with a technology issue or have questions search the ITS website for answers. 

You can also Contact the ITS Help Desk via phone, email, live chat, and visit our walk-in location for assistance.

If you are having a problem using one of our services, check the IT Service Alerts page first for any known issues. 

After hours support is available for reporting outages or issues with university-wide services, like eduroam or MyUI. Call 319-384-4357 and follow the prompts to report an emergency.
