The UI Mass Email Service provides for the distribution of mass email messages (more than 1000 users) to the campus community under a system of administrative approvals.

As of May 28, 2019, we have moved to a new mass email system where users will be prompted to log in with their Hawkid and Hawkid password to submit a mass mail request.

Note: You must print your submission and an approval form and obtain the appropriate signatures.

The exception is for IRB requestors, who will no longer need to print their request -- it will be routed for approval to IRB automatically.
