The UI Mass E-Mail Service provides for the distribution of mass e-mail messages (more than 1000 users) to the campus community under a system of administrative approvals.
Effective May 28, 2019 - we have moved to a new massmail system. Users will be prompted to login with their Hawkid and Hawkid password to submit a massmail request. Steps for obtaining approval remain the same at this time, except for IRB requestors, who will no longer need to print their request -- it will be routed for approval to IRB automatically.
