Gradescope Scheduled Maintenance
There will be a 6-hour maintenance on February 7, 2026 from 10:00 AM CST until 4:00 PM.
During this time, users may experience interruptions when loading assignments and making submissions to assignments through LTI 1.3 integrations only, as well as when submitting files for Gradescope’s Code Similarity Reports and exporting submissions. However, all other components of Gradescope will be operational, including both making submissions and accessing assignments via the website directly, as well as all functionality on the Gradescope Mobile App.

Planned Maintenance - Linux Software Mirrors
Linux software mirrors will be down for maintenance during this period.
Planned Maintenance - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
Active sessions will continue to run. There is a small chance that new sessions may not be able to launch during the maintenance window. We recommend logging into IDAS and starting your session before the maintenance window.
Planned Maintenance - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
ITS Enterprise Infrastructure will be conducting networking updates for the Research Systems located in the ITF Data Center. These updates will result in the following Large Scale Storage systems having multiple network disruptions over the course of the maintenance window.
Research Services recommends saving and closing all files stored on LSS before the maintenance occurs to prevent data loss or corruption.

Planned Maintenance - High Performance Computing
The Argon HPC service will be down for regular maintenance from 8:00 AM on February 11th until 8:00 AM on February 12th. During the maintenance all jobs will be stopped and users will be unable to log in.

Service Announcement
On Feb. 2, 2026, the Enterprise Service Center (ESC) Self Service customer portal will be upgraded to a new platform. This change, moving from Cherwell to Halo, will impact UI Health Care and campus users who submit requests for IT services or issues. A video tutorial of the new system will be available in the self-service portal, but it is similar to the existing site, and the URL will not change.
