Service Degradation - Landis Contact Center
The ITS Help Desk phone service is experiencing intermittent audio issues.
Some calls may connect with no audio prompt. Calls are still routing correctly, but the audio prompt (such as the instruction to “press 1”) may not play.
If you experience silence, try pressing 1 or disconnect and try again. You may also contact the ITS Help Desk by emailing its-helpdesk@uiowa.edu or using live chat at its.uiowa.edu/connect.
ITS support staff and the vendor are aware of the issue and are working with Microsoft toward a resolution.
Service Degradation - High Performance Computing
ITS Research Services is investigating reports of multiple Argon HPC nodes being unresponsive.

ITS Network Services will be upgrading firmware on one of the switches and will cause a 30min disruption for the SE side of the bulding

During this maintenance window, network services will be temporarily disrupted. The expected downtime is approximately 15 to 60 minutes while the upgrade is in progress.
We recommend saving your work and logging off any critical systems prior to the start of the maintenance period. Services will be restored as soon as the upgrade is successfully completed.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.25. There should be no interruption of services to clients.
Planned Maintenance - Plagiarism Detection
Turnitin and iThenticate will take an emergency 4-hour maintenance window. This will include Turnitin functionality in ICON as well as the iThenticate website capabilities. Services potentially experiencing intermittent availability during this time include:
Originality (including all Integrations)
SimCheck (including Integrations)
Similarity (including Integrations)
Turnitin Core API (including Integrations)
Crossref Similarity Check
Authorship
Turnitin and TurnitinUK (including all Integrations)
Gradescope (Code Similarity Reports, integration with LTI 1.3 and exporting submissions only)

Planned Maintenance - Exam Scoring
Gradescope will have an emergency 4-hour planned maintenance event. During this time, users may experience interruptions when loading assignments and making submissions to assignments through LTI 1.3 integrations only, as well as when submitting files for Gradescope’s Code Similarity Reports and exporting submissions.
However, all other components of Gradescope will be operational, including both making submissions and accessing assignments via the website directly, as well as all functionality on the Gradescope Mobile App.
