Software Licensing
  • Maintain accurate inventory of licenses
  • Ensure software licenses are valid
Workstation and Network Maintenance
  • System Configuration Center Manager (SCCM) updates and patches
  • Operating system and software installations and upgrades
  • Configure workstations and software applications as requested
  • Properly secure and dispose of hardware when needed
  • Attend monthly ITADmin meetings when appropriate
Active Directory Administration
  • Oversee AD OU management of user accounts and workstation objects
  • Oversee File/Folder security and access
Troubleshooting
  • Initial troubleshooting of issues with software applications, computer hardware, printers, and peripherals
  • Respond to critical security incidents (in collaboration with IT Security Office)
  • Refer unresolved hardware, software, and virus problems to ITS staff
High-Level Meeting Support
  • Prepare appropriate technologies for meetings
  • Provide end-user technical support for attendees
  • Facilitate the use of presentation software
