- Oversee AD OU management of user accounts and workstation objects
- Oversee File/Folder security and access

Troubleshooting |
- Initial troubleshooting of issues with software applications, computer hardware, printers, and peripherals
- Respond to critical security incidents (in collaboration with IT Security Office)
- Refer unresolved hardware, software, and virus problems to ITS staff
