Listed below are the supported UI Collaboration Tools that are available for use. All tools listed below are safe for storing UI Data, accessible anywhere with an internet connection, and free to use for all students, faculty, and staff. 

NOTE: Consumer-based storage services (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, Apple iCloud, etc.) are only available for Level I data.

Why would I use this? Individual file storage with occasional sharing. Home Drive replacement.  Files "go away" when you leave the university. File storage for a small group of people to share documents. Everyone can "edit" all files. File storage for a larger group of people to share documents.  Different levels of permissions. Useful for a Shared Drive replacement.

Teams is a powerful tool not only for file storage and collaboration, but for persistent chat, video calls and video meetings. Useful for a group of people who want to stay in constant contact. 

Note:  Everyone in the Team has the same access to all documents.

How do I get this? Login to Office 365 and click on the OneDrive tile. Login to Office 365 and click on the OneDrive tile.  On the lower left-hand side, you will see "Create Shared Library". Request a site here Download the Teams client or login to Office 365 and select Teams tile.
