Log in to Globus, if you haven't done this there are detailed file transfer instructions.
Select the uiowadata#data endpoint.
Type in the path corresponding to the source or destination in Argon.

Select the other endpoint you wish to transfer between, enter the path, click the appropriate transfer button.
