Scheduled Work: Upgrade NetApp clusters

Data center(s): Information Technology Facility (ITF) and Lindquist Center (LC)

Expected impact on services: Each volume will experience two brief (10-30 seconds) pauses in IO

Expected Duration: 2 hours total (6 AM - 8 AM) 

Services affected include:

Home (H:) Drives:  .pst files located on these drives are particularly sensitive to drops in connectivity. Instruct users to close all applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) to their Home or H: Drive on Friday before leaving work.

Shared Departmental Drives:  L:, I:, and U: SFTP jobs and instruments connected to these locations are sensitive to drops in connectivity.  Modify as necessary.

RDSS:  Research Data Storage Service is included in this upgrade.
