Several IHDR shares are currently unavailable. ITS Research Services is investigating.

Linux Software Mirrors will be down for maintenance.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
The shared class folders (classdata) are currently unavailable. ITS Research Services is investigating. This is related to the wider LSS outage, so we currently do not have an estimate time for resolution.
[Closed] Service Degradation - High Performance Computing
Argon homes are currently not accessible through data.hpc.uiowa.edu smb service. Users trying to map their Argon home to their local computer using data.hpc.uiowa.edu/argon_home are not able to be authenticated at this time.
[Closed] Outage - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
Due to a power outage this morning at Lindquist Center, some users may be having issues accessing or mounting their LSS Shares.
Shares that are impacted will start with "lc-rs-store*" or "lc-rs-storage*"
ITS Research Services is working to resolve this issue.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
IDAS Classroom instances are currently unavailable. Users will not be able to log in or launch new sessions for a specific class. Research instances on IDAS are not impacted.

[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft 365
Some users may not be able to access their Microsoft 365 mailbox using any connection method including browser, Outlook mobile, and the Outlook desktop client.
Microsoft has created a fix for these issues and is currently applying changes to fix the underlying problem.

Network Engineering Services will be upgrading the campus wired infrastructure. During this upgrade, wired and wireless connectivity will be down.
