[Closed] Service Degradation - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
We are currently performing emergency maintenance on several LSS shares on itf-rs-store36. Users will not be able to access the shares or use the shares on IDAS and Argon.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
We are currently performing emergency maintenance on the IDAS system as we troubleshoot issues affecting a couple of critical nodes. Users will not be able to start new sessions. Any active sessions will continue to run.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services
The LISTSERV service will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance to apply security updates on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 7am – 9am. During this time, users will not be able to access the web interface. Messages sent to the lists during this time will be queued to send later.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

ProTrav is experiencing unexpected issues. If you are accessing it off campus, please download the Cisco AnyConnect VPN tool (https://its.uiowa.edu/services/virtual-private-network-vpn/downloading-and-configuring-cisco-anyconnect). Once you are connected to the VPN, you will be able to access ProTrav.

[Closed] Service Announcement - TeamDynamix
ITS will move to a new time tracking solution called the Time Keeping System (TKS), effective July 1. To prepare, all June timesheets, including Monday, June 30, must be submitted and approved in TeamDynamix by Monday, June 30. It’s important that all staff keep timecards current and that managers approve timecards, as we’ll lose access to TeamDynamix on July 1.
