ITS will be updating the central FileMaker servers to version 20.3. The central FileMaker servers will be unavailable during the update.
FileMaker Server 20.3 has a minimum client version of FileMaker Pro 19.4.2. If you are not running at least FileMaker Pro 19.4.2 you will not be able to connect to your FileMaker databases after this update.
You can check your version of FileMaker Pro using the steps below:
- Windows Users: Open FileMaker Pro, go to the Help menu, and select About FileMaker Pro.
- macOS Users: Open FileMaker Pro, click on the FileMaker Pro menu, and choose About FileMaker Pro.
- If you don't see the version number on the About screen, you may need to click the Info button.

Due to new minimum client requirements associated with this upgrade, ITS is requiring all end users to upgrade their client to version 18 before July 12, 2020. End users who do not have at least version 18.0.1 will be unable to connect to FileMaker Server 18.

The central ITS FileMaker server is down. ITS staff are working on the issue
The central ITS FileMaker Servers will be unavailable intermittently for a hardware upgrade.
The central ITS FileMaker servers will be unavailable on July 28, 2019 from 9 a.m. to noon for a scheduled upgrade to version 17.
After July 28, FileMaker Pro version 14 will no longer be supported due to minimum client requirements. ITS is asking all developers and end users to upgrade to version 16 or 17 before the scheduled maintenance upgrade. While version 15 will technically be supported after July 28, it will be going end-of-life on September 20, 2019.

ITS will be updating the central ITS FileMaker 14 server to version 16. The central ITS FileMaker server will be unavailable during this time.
Due to new minimum client requirements associated with this update, ITS is asking all users to upgrade their client to version 14.0.6 or 15.0.4 before December 20, 2017. It is important that you do not update your client to version 16 at this time. The central ITS FileMaker servers will not be compatible with FileMaker 16 until after the upgrade.
