The University of Iowa IT Leadership Development Team sponsored a free IT Professional Development Conference on Thursday, Dec. 5. 

The purpose of the conference was to strengthen our IT community, and to provide tools to help us better manage our relationships within the university community and beyond.

The theme of this conference was “Managing Change from Where You Are.” Industry experts led lead us in discussions on the following topics: The Happiness Advantage, Managing Change from Where You Are, and Optimizing You.
